Accenture: #InclusionStartsWithI

Building a global
inclusion campaign
that made belonging personal.

Accenture Digital wanted to move inclusion beyond a corporate message and turn it into something employees could see themselves in. The result was #InclusionStartsWithI, a global campaign designed to spark conversation, celebrate individual stories, and create a more visible culture of belonging across teams and locations.

The Challenge

Accenture Digital had a strong commitment to inclusion, but employees experienced it differently across regions and teams. The challenge was to create a campaign that felt globally consistent while still resonating locally in offices around the world.

The campaign needed to engage employees in a personal and authentic way, create visibility around the company’s inclusion efforts, and encourage people to see themselves as active participants in shaping the culture.

What I Did

  • Developed the strategy and creative direction for the global #InclusionStartsWithI campaign

  • Created the campaign name, messaging framework, and visual identity

  • Developed storytelling that encouraged employees to reflect on what inclusion meant to them personally

  • Designed campaign materials across digital, print, social, and in-office environments

  • Partnered with regional teams to adapt the campaign for local audiences while maintaining a consistent global brand

  • Supported events and activations in Singapore, Iberia, Chicago, and offices around the world

  • Created employee experiences that invited participation, conversation, and storytelling

  • Developed toolkits and guidance for local teams to bring the campaign to life in their own offices

  • Helped position inclusion as an everyday behavior rather than a one-time initiative

The campaign created a shared language around inclusion across Accenture Digital—bringing employees together through personal stories, local experiences, and a stronger sense of belonging.
